I need a command that counts from a particular date until the moment "!" Is used, I am new moderating

I'm not sure if this is what you mean but you can use $(countdown). Here's an example for a birthday command.

`
!addcom !bday -cd=5 $(countdown Jan 11 2021 8:00 AM EST) until Vince's birthday! 🍰
`
