Need command for random generator

So, I found a silly website that generates a random insult (just got “idiotic butt monster”): http://www.robietherobot.com/insult-generator.htm

Is there any way to make a command that will use the generator to insult someone?
For example, I would type in
!insult TwitchFollower123
and have it say
TwitchFollower123 is an idiotic butt monster.

If that website has an API you can use then you could use the UrlFetch variable to load the insult.
