I have my timers set up but they are not appearing in chat, I am new to nightbot

Okay, so, the way this timer will work is if 5 messages (lines) were sent within the last 5 minutes, then it'll send the timer's message at x:00, x:10, x:20, x:30, x:40 and x:50.
People tend to not understand the Chat Lines setting:
If no message or less than 5 messages were sent within the last 5 minutes, then the timer won't activate, and Nightbot won't send a message in your chat.
Since your timer is set to send a message every 10 minutes, then that means it looks from x:05 to x:10, from x:15 to x:20, from x:25 to x:30, from x:35 to x:40, from x:45 to x:50, and from x:55 to x:00, to see if there was at least 5 sent messages in your chat, if that's the case it'll send the timer message, otherwise you won't see anything.
