I'm using a translator, so the words may be awkward.
Even if I try to delete the playlist in my nightbot, it is not removed, but rather refilled with the songs I put in at the beginning.
I tried removing them one by one, but the moment I remove the last one, it goes back to the beginning

Are you sure you're talking about the playlist? If I empty mine, it doesn't refill by itself.
If you're talking about the queue then that makes sense as it fills as people request songs.

You don't have to remove them one by one, you have a button that empties everything at once:
