I tried using commands such as. !songrequest it won’t allow my viewers or me to request songs, the commands won’t work.

Login into the Nightbot dashboard and click “Join channel” top right, if available.
You can check the chat logs to see if Nightbot has joined your channel.
For song request make sure the !songs commands in enabled here.
Then go to AutoDJ page and enable song request, top right.
