My Nightbot used to work flawlessly until I change my twitch name. I saw the post of the nightbot troubleshoot. I followed the instructions however it’s still not working. I was wondering, is there another reason why my Nightbot is not working in chat. Maybe it’s under maintenance. Could you please help me figure this out, thank you.
If you changed your Twitch username you must logout of the control panel and login again. Then, part and rejoin the bot to your chat. This will update your name in our systems.
