I do every thing that the nightbot website wants me to do but when i try to join a twitch channel i put in the normal command but it says i dont have permission to perform that issue and i try again and look at ur help but doesnt help and doesnt do anything

Now when I make the commands it doesn't work when I type it in chat

They do work in your chat. If you don't see the replies, you may have accidentally blocked Nightbot on Twitch. You can type "/unignore nightbot" in chat to fix that.
