so my friend wants to make a command that is !tag and have it pick someone that is active in chat and not someone who is just watching. they want it to say something along the lines of !tag [user] tagged (the code we need) ᕕ(✿•̀︿•́)ᕗ. is there a way to make it like the command !winner were it should pick someone random that has been active in chat?
