My BTTV settings have disappeared and it is no longer compatible with the site and I have no way of actually checking what version it’s on. So it appears that BTTV has broken entirely for me.

I’m experiencing the same issue. I’ve checked my BTTV version, and it’s stuck on 7.2.1 as well. Reinstall from the Chrome Webstore and from this website has only reinstalled this older version, not the up-to-date version. Standard fixes have been attempted: clearing cache, history, cookies, restarting, reinstalling. Using the current version of Chrome.

For Chrome it always takes the Webstore Version, if I click on “for another Browser” an then “Google Chrome (Webstore Link)”, the Webstore clearly says it is Version 7.2.1 updated November 19th 2017.
