Mod Promoting issue in DIscord

I use Nightbot to promote/demote my Twitch stream Mods to a Mod role in Discord. It used to work just fine but it doesn’t seem to be anymore. It does seem to be demoting people just fine though.

Recently a Mod changed their Twitch name and so I think that confused Nightbot and it demoted them in Discord. But how do I get it to re promote them?

Also I have a new Mod in my stream and Nightbot wont promote him in Discord either. Seems weird that it is Demoting people but not promoting them.

Double check that the Discord users have linked their Twitch account through Discord. This also may be the solution for the user who changed their username.
