Is there any list of Emotes or Symbols, that I can use with Nightbot?
For example: I want, that Nightbot is posting a Heart in the Chat, if a User writes a special command. How can I do that?

you just call the command whatever you want and make nightbot respond however you want. Nightbot can use all global twitch emotes and everyone will be able to see those, you can also use bttv emotes but there is no guarantee everyone will know what they mean.
for example, you can add this command to make nightbot respond to a heart with a heart:
!commands add <3 <3
If someone types <3 (twitch heart symbol) nightbot will respond with the same thing.
