I need a way to show a list (for a example with an !list command) with the people who bought a specific reward with channel points and the order of people who bought said reward. Does anybody know how to do that?

Twitch has no API endpoint for the channel points yet, so that can't be automated, unless you're willing to maintain the list yourself manually, there's no other way to do it.
