Lacking permissions for several Emotes

Just kinda curious about what permissions you guys need exactly in order to get this issue resolved. Do you need actual permission from the company, or from the designer of the emotes themselves?

For example, we are just trying to add emotes to the /r/Hearthstone Discord so we are using the art from several Hearthstone cards.
