I was just thinking about the good ol’ MSN messenger days, and when you used to type your custom emotes how it would pop up in the textbox while you typed it. Then I started thinking how good of an idea it would be if that worked with BetterTTV. It could show you if you’re typing that emote correctly (sometimes remembering capitalization can be a pain), or if they even have that emote enabled at all(for BetterTTV emotes). Let me know what you think!
BetterTTV has tab completion. Type a few letters and press tab to complete the emote. Showing UI for tab completion is a requested feature already.
