New to trying to run commercials, and I’m confused as to why I keep seeing the error message " Nightbot was unable to authenticate with Twitch’s API. The channel owner may need to login at https://nightbot.tv to fix this. Can anybody assist, please?

Have you tried reading the error message and doing exactly what it says?
If you’re the streamer, and you’re still logged in the dashboard, simply log out first.
Tried to find where i can go with the information and verify, but im so new to all of this. Learning curve, indeed
Go to your dashboard at nightbot.tv/dashboard, log out, then log back in.
I can hardly spoon feed it to you more than this.
