New to trying to run commercials, and I'm confused as to why I keep seeing the error message " Nightbot was unable to authenticate with Twitch's API. The channel owner may need to login at https://nightbot.tv to fix this. Can anybody assist, please?

Hey @Warm Shrimp!

Have you tried reading the error message and doing exactly what it says?
If you're the streamer, and you're still logged in the dashboard, simply log out first.
