I’m trying to make a reliable !song command, originally I was going to use the same one almost everybody does, but I also realized I’m using Muxy for my alerts, and that has a built in “Currently Playing” file if you link Spotify. Is there any way to make a command pull the text from that file?

There’s no way for a Nightbot command to grab info from a local file but you can still set up a !song command by doing the following.
Go to https://groke.se/twitch/spotify and it will take you to an authorization page. Click “Agree” at the bottom.
It will take you to a page that tells you how to add a !song command for various Twitch chat bots. Follow the instructions for adding the command for Nightbot.
