Yes and no. At a basic level nightbot has no clue whether a song is copyrighted or not, so if you just allow all requests there is no guarantee of copyrighted songs not being requested.
However you can create a default playlist of non-copyrighted material and then only allow people to request from that in the autodj settings. Letting you be sure song requests are copyright free, but it limits what people can request.
