Can multiple people add commands? I’m trying to import the pokedex and some friends want to help. Is it possible for them to join?
All moderators are able add commands using !commands add in your chat. (more here)
You can also add people as Nightbot managers for your account, which allows them to add commands through the dashboard. You can find more info on adding managers on the docs here.
Is there a way to change the permission level to be able to modify and create commands?
No, only the broadcaster and moderators can add/edit/delete commands
