Is it possible to extract a code?

This might sound stupid because I'm totally new but I wanna know if it is possible to extract the code from a urlfetch or see who's the author of a code, I've been trying so hard to find out who's the author of the following code and to see the code as well.

Hey @Hazel Skunk!

Given the syntax of the command I don't think it's a Nightbot command, but no, it's not possible to extract the code of a command or know who's the author. If you see a command on a channel that you'd like to implement your best bet is to ask the mods and/or the streamer.
