I can't see messages from Nightbot on any live, either my live or another creator's live. I didn't block him, what can I do? Am I blocked by nightbot?

Hey @Humble Unicorn!

Nightbot doesn't block anyone, it can't.

If you're on Twitch, try typing /unblock nightbot in any chat.
If you're on YouTube, make sure you're looking at the "Live Chat," and that you haven't blocked Nightbot: make sure you're on the right account by selecting the account through which you watch YouTube in the top right corner (YouTube channels are separate accounts from their parent Google account).
