I’m having a bit of trouble scaling my image to the proper dimensions in order to submit it on Betterttv. I understand the maximum size is 112 x 112 and my image PNG properties says its 112 x 112 but I still keep getting the error on my end ans was wondering what I could do to remedy the issue.
The image you posted should work fine as I just tested it. Double check that your using the 112x112 and it is a PNG.
Make sure that the DPI is set to 72 as that can affect the image too.
