Increasing word counter/showing the count

Hi, I’m sure this has been asked a few times, but I’m trying to add a word counter that can be increased by anyone, but has something to also keep up with the count so that can be checked without increasing the count. I haven’t found anything useful after googling a bit. I have this so far

!commands edit !Noot Thonka Truck has said Noot Noot $(count) times
