Im using BTTV for 2 weeks and im missing a few emotes like Clap, etc. i use Chrome and im also not finding the BTTV menu. Can somebody help me? tank you. 
You have to enable the BTTV emote menu in the BTTV settings.
Regarding the emotes, Clap is not a global emote. This means it’s only available in channels that manually enabled it.
