Im "invisible" when I stream

For 1 month now while I haven't changed anything usual as far as I can remember,
I don't appear anywhere when I stream, even when my name is searched in the search bar,
no one exeptc with a specific link to my channel cannot find me, the really strange thing that I found is that when I use a new account everything works normally,
I tried with OBS, streamlabs, i try do disable my bot/unmod, try change
my categorie several time with the dash board nothing works, thank you for helping me, sorry for my poor english.
