The individual wants to edit their command from rules: to !rules, how do I use !editcom to change that command?

You can’t change command name with the editcom feature you would need access to their dashboard

The streamer must add you as a Nightbot manager so you can change the command name directly, but a simpler way is to copy the response for 'rules' (given the response is a simple text) and add a new command '!rules' with the same response.
