Hello,

I have started paying BTTV since 8/5/2021 . But my emotes show as following : Shared Emotes (39/15)

My editors are telling me that this is like I am not paying it AT ALL. How does it work? Is it bugged?

BTTV has been successfully billed into my account on the past 6 months.
