I got bttv and on twitch I can see the emotes in chat like catjam but i dont get the smile face. Im uable to use the exstra emotes myself, even tho i have it enabled. I dont ùnderstand what could cause this, please help.

Double check that you have the Emote Menu setting from BetterTTV enabled.
