I can’t hear anything on my streams when I try to use Nightbot’s AutoDJ

Is it because I stream on mobile? Every other command seems to work perfectly except !songs play. They said that “the music player had to be open” in order for it to work. What does that mean?

You need to have a browser window open on the AutoDJ in order for your streaming software to pick up the audio. Typically this has only worked for PC streamers.
