i have tried to do a keyword giveaway and everyone wrote the keyword in chat and when i roll it its says that there are no eligible users in the giveaway what can i do?
When people type the keyword they should show up in the eligibility list. If that’s not the case, you should ensure Nightbot is joined to the channel. You can also try refreshing the giveaway page.
