I can't add commands on one channel via !addcom but on others I can enable streamer?

Hey @Mighty Ox!

That's because the streamer probably disabled !commands, or made its userlevel too high, if you're a manager of their Nightbot, meaning you can manage their commands through the dashboard, you should be able to enable it again or change its userlevel, if not you can ask them to do it, either way ask if they're comfortable in doing so first.
