Im on stream,everyone can use commands on that stream,but i cant.I type !commands !settings everything that streamer set i can use but i can t use,i can t see nightbot message.

For Twitch have you tried /unignore nightbot
For Youtube make sure you are looking at “Live chat” instead of “Top chat”.
