I submitted a emote nearly two weeks ago and two others a week ago. After clicking submit on BTTV should I receive an email or notification that the emote has been submitted? I have not heard anything back regarding my submissions and was wondering if there may have been an issue, or if it normally takes much longer then the 5 days for approval.

No worries, we totally understand. Its a service which we are grateful for, we were more so concerned whether our submission made it through since there does not seem to be any form of confirmation or if there is it is not something we were aware of perhaps do to a computer error on our end.

There isn’t any email confirmation for submitting emotes, only for when they are approved/denied. You can see what emotes you have pending by going to https://manage.betterttv.net/emotes.
If you see your emotes under ‘My Emotes,’ they are either pending or approved and you can simply click on one to check it’s status (under ‘Emoticon’).
If an emote isn’t there, something may have gone wrong submitting the emote, in which case try submitting it again. If the emote was denied you will have received an email with the reason why.
