How to use commands

its just all confusing to me to use the commands like weather or to give coffee or to tell people to subscribe to my channel can anyone guide me please ?

Weather command:

!addcom !weather $(weather {LOCATION})

For example: !addcom !weather $(weather Chicago, USA)

To give coffee:

!addcom !coffee $(user) gives coffee to $(touser)

To tell to subscribe:

!addcom !subscribe Subscribe to my channel to show support blah blah, add whatever you want
