How to remove an Argument

I would like to have a command that removes the first argument, like this:

If I run !warn <@12345678910> test, then the message would come out “@user was warned by @2IIפS for reason: test”

I’m thinking it uses eval(), but I normally use Lua and not Javascript.

!addcom !warn $(eval d=decodeURIComponent;m=d("$(querystring)").match(/^(\S+)\s*(.*)/);m?`${m[1]} was warned by <@${d("$(querystring $(userid))")}>${m[2]?` for reason: ${m[2]}`:""}`:"Enter the user to warn followed optionally by a reason")

Thank you! :grinning:
