hello i am a moderator of a twitch channel and when i put !commands it appears as if it were a user wanting to see the commands instead of editing them sorry the bad inglish but that's not my language

Hiya, that's correct. If you only type !commands it will display a link to see all the available commands. If you want to add a command you can do that by for example typing: !commands add !test test
