I would like if someone names me in chat, besides that turns red makes a sound is heard. How can it be done?

In a recent update there is now a Play Sound on Highlight/Whisper setting in the menu. It will play a ping sound whenever highlight keyword is said or you receive a whisper. Note: This feature is in a beta so it may not perform all the time.
Personally I use the BTTV Desktop Notifications and they are very useful as well.
