How do you set so that only followers can request songs?

I just want my followers and subs to be able to request songs. How do I do that on the nightbot?

What you want is not possible. Nightbot has no special distinction for followers due to it being something that is free and insanely simple to do and as such is not much of a limiter.

If you want a way to limit only some people to commands and requests take a look at regulars

Regulars supersede subscribers and below moderators but you have full control over who you make a regular and can give them certain privileges
