How do you make nightbot respond when you @ nightbot?

so i was in somebodies stream and somebody @ mentioned nightbot (@nightbot) and nightbot responded, "dont @ me b**" and i was really curious how they did this, does anybody know how to get nightbot to respond when you @member**

Make a new command with @member as the command trigger and just type the response in the response field.
