Well i banned nightbot because he timed out a person who had like 1.2 million subscribers when i was streaming and i tryed everything to unban him is there some other way to unban him i miss him helping me out so much 
oh and this was like a long time ago 
You can unblock from https://www.youtube.com/address_book, under “Blocked Users”.
You will also need to re-mod Nightbot after doing this.
EDIT: As of sometime in November, YouTube has removed this page and the only way to unban users is through their channel page.
