How do i make nightbot able to use server commands?

i tried to do it but it tells me that nightbot cannot use server commands other than /me and /annouce, is there a way to enable it so it can do that?

We don't allow Nightbot to use any server commands outside of /me and /announce for abuse reasons. This restriction cannot be customized.
