How do i give points to people

I was wondering because i see a lot of big twitch streamers like Swifter have a type of currency like SwiftBucks.I was wondering if you could tell me a way to do that and every minute someone is watching the stream they get 1 point or buck?

This is not possible since there is no point system in Nightbot (yet).
