I'm a new mod trying to figure my way around Nightbot, just curious how I'm supposed to change the timeout duration so I'm not timing someone out for 10 minutes over a link.

Go to your nightbot page, find spam Protection on the left, click on it and go to links, click options and set the timeout duration to however long you want.
