Also your question is very vague and could mean a lot of different things depending on who reads it. I'm only guessing that you want some sort of loyalty system for watching and allow people to bet? If so:
Nightbot does not track how long someone has been watching the stream.
There are a few alternatives i can think of:

or you could use twitch's built in loyalty system when available
