Every time a try it it says: "Error: This API has been shutdown for now. Sorry for any inconvenience."

Hey @Able Dog!

This issue isn't linked to Nightbot, but instead the API you're using for such command.
Twitch recently changed how we can fetch the chatters list and now require people to login, therefore old API that weren't updated are now broken, a couple new ones popped up, they require you to login.

I remember seeing this one, but don't interpret me linking to it as an endorsement:
