How can I create a custom twitch categories command?

Hello, good afternoon. I would like to see how I can create a command to change the category in a specific command and a specific category. For example, I want to create the !ph command and have the Twitch category automatically select Phasmophobia, how can I do it? Why can't I find any information anywhere?
