How can I create a commands list on discord?

I want to create a commands : !help and it will show a list of my customs commands. How do I do it ?

You can use the default command !commands to to get a link to the custom commands page.

Yes the message for commands does have a character limit to adhere to limits by Twitch/YouTube.
