How do u make a time command so it does @MxntCynicZ -> The time for MxntCynicZ is 1:31:49 AM PST (Saturday) ?

Try the following:

!addcom !test The time for MxntCynicZ is $(time US/Pacific "h:mm:ss A zz (dddd)")
