It may be a stupid question, but what should i configure to disable spam like that? 
I tried to configure repetitions but that didnt help; I feel dumb now )
Repetitions only deal with similar words in a sentence, not including multiple messages. Since your 1’s are a single word they aren’t seen as repetitive; whereas something such as coffee coffee coffee coffee coffee would likely trigger this filter.
