I'm not sure I understand properly what you're looking for, but here are commands:
To add 1 sleep use !sleep, add it like so:

!addcom !sleep -ul=mod -a=!editcom !slept $(channel) slept $(count) times.

To see how many times the streamer slept use !slept, add it like this:
